1. About us and these terms
thinkcheckai.co.uk and the ThinkCheck AI course are provided by Stroy Grup Soft 1 EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 207575913), registered office zh.k. Lyulin-5, bl. 524, vh. A, et. 1, ap. 4, 1359 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@thinkcheckai.co.uk.
These terms apply when you use the website, register or use the course. By registering you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer.
2. Who can use the course
You must be 18 or over and give accurate details when you register.
3. The course
ThinkCheck AI is a free educational course about using artificial-intelligence tools such as Claude to plan, check and review trading decisions. It has a Beginner track and a Pro track. It teaches a process: planning, checking risk and rules, journaling and reviewing. It does not provide trade ideas or signals.
Registering doesn't guarantee access. We review registrations and decide which track, if any, to open for you. We may add, change or remove lessons, or end the course, at any time.
4. Education, not financial advice
Nothing on this website or in the course is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we don't offer, arrange, recommend or receive payment from any broker, trading platform or financial product. All trading decisions, and their results, are yours. Trading is risky and you can lose money. See the disclaimer.
5. Your access
- Access is personal. Don't share your login links, or copy, resell or republish course material. You may use the prompts and templates for your own trading.
- Don't attempt to break, overload or scrape the website, or register with false or someone else's details.
- We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken. You can stop using the course at any time and ask us to delete your account.
6. Intellectual property
The course content, design, text, graphics and the ThinkCheck AI name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning.
7. Third-party tools
The course shows you how to use third-party AI tools. Those tools have their own terms, pricing and limits, which can change. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important before relying on it. Claude is a product of Anthropic. This course is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Meta. This site is not part of or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site and course available, but we can't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Our liability
The course is free and educational. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, arising from your use of the website or course.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the course or the law. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the course after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Complaints and law
If you have a complaint, email hello@thinkcheckai.co.uk and we'll respond within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
